TPS is working as Client side Development Manager for British Land in the delivery of Plot A1 at Canada Water.
Plot A1 will deliver 186 residential apartments within a 35 storey tower, over 100,000 sq ft o office and 8,000 sq ft of retail space.
Plot A1 has been designed as a family of buildings including a lower 5-storey office building with retail at ground floor. The office and residential volumes are interlocked and share the service yard and the basement area.
There is also an internal garden, used exclusively by the residents.
