TPS, acting as Development Manager on behalf of Bampton Property Group, are pleased to share that planning permission has been achieved for a new Aldi food store at the former Blakemore cash and carry site on Caernarfon Road, Bangor.
The new store, which will replace the current Garth Road store in Bangor City Centre, represents a multi-million-pound investment into the area and will maintain 27 jobs in addition to creating a further 10. The plans were approved unanimously by Gwynedd County Council with completion expected for 2021.
