This is an old Tesco site located in the centre of Sevenoaks. Owned by the Freshwater Group TPS were appointed to re-purpose the site. Following extensive viability work we secured planning consent for 104 apartments together with 8,000sqft of retail fronting High Street (pre-let to Tesco.) This has now set a new benchmark in the Town Centre for a residential development. Freshwater subsequently decided not to build this scheme out, so TPS were appointed to sell the site with the benefit of planning. Working with agents Savills a Purchaser was quickly identified, and the site sold unconditionally.
